M/S Sharad Agarwal Broking Services Private Limited was started as Sharad Agarwal & Co. in July 1989 as a member of Calcutta Stock Exchange. The trading membership of National Stock Exchange was acquired in August 1995. The core strength of the firm lies in excellent market information and research based on specific companies. Over the years, we have won the trust and confidence of our clients by hard work and excellent customer services.

Management Team

Mr. Sharad Agarwal

He is the one of the Directors of the Company and he started as an authorized assistant with M/S Lath & Co., members of The Calcutta Stock Exchange from 1987 to 1989. In 1989 started his own firm by becoming member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited. His main thrust was on institutional business and within a short span the firm was empaneled with all the leading financial institutions and mutual funds in India. He is stationed in Mumbai and takes care of the Institutional business.

Mrs. Manisha Agarwal

She is one of the directors of the company. She is a graduate from Delhi University and has an experience of 15 years in the Capital Market.

Mr. Anurag Agarwal

He is research advisor for the auto sector. He completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and Masters from University of Virginia, USA with specialization in electric vehicles.

Mr. Shashwat Agarwal

He is one of the directors of the company. He has completed his bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Varanasi, with specialization in thermal and fluid engineering. He was a gold medalist at IIT Varanasi. Currently he is pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
